A Passion for the Scriptures
It is our purpose to preach and teach the Word of God at this church for the spiritual development, encouragement, challenge, and education of believers, so that we might be better equipped for the tasks of serving one another, serving in our communities where we live, and to share the Good News of Jesus Christ – as set forth in Ephesians 4:11-16.
> Church Services
Generally, our Sunday Morning service starts at 10:00am, with an evening service at 6:00pm.
For special occasions, we may enjoy a meal together after the 10:00am service, with a devotional service immediately following the meal – instead of the usual 6:00pm service.
> Classes
Currently, Sunday School at 8:45am Sunday morning.
We offer other comprehensive classes covering many different Scripture passages and topics for the edification and encouragement of genuine Bible Students.
> Prayer
Wednesday Evening – 6:00pm
Though the Scriptures are central to what we do and teach, we spend quality time praying together as a church family.
> Fellowship
Our goal is to be a Church Family together, and to encourage and bless each other any time we have the opportunity to get together!
> Missionaries
We financially support more than a dozen missionaries, both foreign and domestic. More importantly, we pray for them, as well as a number of other missionaries we’ve gotten to know over the years.
> Care for One Another
We have a ‘prayer chain’ which we use to pray for one another (and others) whenever there is any kind of crisis. We also thoroughly enjoy the community and friendship we share even when we’re not meeting together at the church building.
